All sales are final regarding a cash refund for items purchased. However, we do offer an exchange policy.
Our exchange policy on items purchased is good for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase marked on your receipt or proof of purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange.
To complete an exchange for an item purchased, we require a receipt or proof of purchase of that item.
Exchanges (Damaged during shipping)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,
send us an email at [email protected]. We will create a shipping label for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received
your returned item.
